RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years old to enter
• Must be a resident of Arizona
• Model search will begin at BS West on November 7th and November 14th
• Five models from each contest will advance to final BS West Contest on November 21st
• Three winners will be selected on November 21st
• Opportunity for exclusive interview with Arizona 5 Star (AZ 5) on Nov 21st as a promotion
  model in 2009. Promotional model job is subject to:

  • Standard AZ 5 hiring process
  • Able to work a minimum of 10 events and no more than 30 (20~60 hours)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Requires availability during 2009 Gay Pride and Rainbow Festival Weekends
  • Must have flexible transportation
  • If hired, AZ 5 Star will pay $20 per hour for events

WINNERS WILL RECEIVE:

• $200 cash and a blender

• Opportunity for the cover on ION December 2008 issue
  (must be available Nov 22 for cover photo shoot)

• Opportunity at a promo model contract with Arizona 5 Star
  (subject to AZ 5 hiring process and can be terminated at any point by AZ 5 or model.)
